463**சென்னியோங்கு தண் திருவேங்கடமுடையா ,உலகு தன்னை வாழவைத்த நம்பி ,
தாமோதர சதிரா என்னையும் என் உடைமையும் உன் பொறி ஒற்றிக்கொண்டு நின் அருள் புரிந்தேன் ,
இனி என் தற்குறிப்பே

**One who is residing in the sky high tall and cool peaks of Thiruvengadam hills,

One who has risen here,with the sole purpose of blessing and guiding all the people of the world, to lead a good life,

One who is full of auspicious qualities .Damodhara!The sensible 'One', who overlooks the faults of his devotees!

My body and all my property and my Atma ,is emblazoned with your Chakra ,and is ever questing only for your compassionate blessings!

**Purushothama! One who rides on the bird [Garuda],

After you took hold of me ,the ocean called 'Birth' has dried up and thereby benefiting me greatly,

All my innumerable sins that were eclipsing true knowledge, are burnt!

The river of nectar called wisdom has spread upto my head!...........................................464.

**467-பொன்னை கொண்டு உரைகல் மீதே நிறம் எழ உரைத்தார் போல் ,
உன்னை கொண்டு என் நாவகம் பால் மாற்றின்றி உரைத்து கொண்டேன் ,
உன்னை கொண்டு என்னுள் வைத்தேன் என்னையும் உன்னிலிட்டேன் ,
என்னப்பா !என் இருடீகேசா !என்னுயிர் காவலனே .


**Ponnai kondu uraikal meedhe' niram yezha uraithar pol,
unnai kondu yen navgam paal matrindri uraithu konden ,
unnai kondu yennul vaithe'n yennaiyum unnilite'n,
Yennappa! Yen Irudikesa! Yennuir kavalane'

Meaning,

The manner in which pure gold is polished by repeatedly rubbing it on the stone,

I am chanting only your sacred names and none other's by my tongue,

I have kept you within me and I have given myself to you!

               பனிக்கடலில் பள்ளிகோள்ளை பழகவிட்டு ஓடி வந்தென்
மனக்கடலில் வாழ்வல்ல மயமணாள  நமபீ !
தனிக்கடலே தனிச்சுடரே தனியுலகே யென்றென்று
உனக்கிடமாயிருக்க என்னை உனக்கு குரித்தாக்கினையே

**Having forgotten your residence in the icy ocean,You have fled into the sea of my heart and have taken residence therein!

The perfect 'One' who is the husband of Lakshmi! Unique ocean! Unique light!Unique world!

You have conferred me with the right to host you within me forever!.................................471.
