This song was written by this fiery poet burning with national fervour  in early 20 th cent[1882-1921]          but wasnt alive to see unshackling of india from foreign yoke or the  reform movments .    It has stood  the test of time as is the  nature  of the concept called Time ,that of being cyclic .
