Thirupalliyezhuchi---6.

Is this the sun god on his towering chariot?,
Are these the 11 uttara's?,
Is this Murugan on his peacock?,
Are those ,who are dancing and singing, Maruts and Vasu's,
on horsebacks and on chariots?
This flood of devotees who have converged outside
your mountain like temple gates ,
May breach it anytime,
Sri Ranga! Wake up and bless us all!

Iraviar mani neduntherodum ivaro?
iraiyar padhinoru vidaiyarum ivaro?
Maruvia mayiln aarumugan ivano?
marutarum vasukalum vandhu vantheendi,
Puravi odu adalum padalum therum,
kumara thandam pugundu eendia vellam,
aruvaraiyenia ninkoil mun ivaro?
Arangathamma! palli yezhundu arullaye!
