பூதேவி ஸமேத ஸ்ரீ பூவராஹர்பெருமாள்

17. தமஷ்ட்ரா விதாரித  மஹாஸூர  ஷோணிதாங்கை :
அங்கை : ப்ரியஸ்தவ ததே பரிரம்ப லீலாம் |
ஸா தே  பயோதி  ஜல  கேளி ஸமுத்திதாயா  :
ஸைரந்த்ரி  கேவ விததே  நவ மங்கராகம் |\
  

Thamashtra vidharitha mahasura shonithangai,angai
Priyas thav dadhe parirambna leelam,
Saa te payodhi jala kelli samuthithaya,
sairandhakeva vidadhe nava mangrangam

Bhoodevi! Your beloved consort/husband Varaha Bhagwan rescued you ,by tearing  to death with his sharp teeth the Maha asura Hiranyakshan, ,who had abducted you to the nether worlds ,
Then both of you sported in the sea.Hence all your fragrant emulments  were destroyed .
Then Varaha Swamy embraced you tightly with all parts of his body and sported with you.
The blood that spurted out of the asura he  had killed stained Varaha swamy's body and was clearly visible.
When he embraced you those blood stains were etched into your body.
Those stains replaced your decorations that were washed away in the water sport between you and Sriman Narayana and shone like fresh new adornments!

           Sloka 30

தர்மா  த்ருஹம் சகல  துஷ்க்ருதி  ஸார்வ பௌமம்
ஆத்மா நபி பிஜ்ஞமனுதாப  லவோஜ்ஜிதம் மாம் |
வைதாந ஸுகரப  தேஷ் சரணாவிந்தே
ஸர்வம்ஸஹே |நநு ஸமர்ப்பயிதும் க்ஷமா  த்வம் |\

Dharma druham sakala dushkruthi saarva baumanam,
Atmana bhijgyam manuthapa lavoitham maam,
vaithana sookrapathe sharana vindha,
sarvamsahe nanu samarpiyathum kshama tvam!

Bhooma Devi! Wife/consort of Yagna Varaha swamy!
i do not perform any dharmic acts .More ever i also stop others from doing dharmic acts .
I am the head of all sinners in this world.
I have not realised the true nature of myself.
I am also ignorant of the true nature of Paramatma ,who is your husband.
I have no remorse about committing such sins .
Only you have the power to submit me to the lotus feet of your consort.
